So.... yesterday afternoon I had this beautiful light come into our front room and Grace happened to sit down right in the light, so I could get the perfect shot of her playing. I just love these pics. So... I show them to my wonderful husband, and what does he say...
LOOK AT THE SHADOW!!! She looks like SHREK!!! Well...Hmphf! So much for my artistic streak! Nah... I still love them!

Twilight...
So... I have recently been caught up in "Twilight" mania. So... this clip of the movie is for my bestest friend, Terah Lee... you are gonna love this!
Twilight Trailer
For those of you unfamiliar with the "Twilight" books, you can check out the author's website and read about them. I am a true teeny bopper at heart, and have never really been a fan of scary stories, but... truly, this is one of the sweetest, most endearing love stories I have ever read. If you like to read(even if you don't), I promise, if you pick up this book... you will be hooked. There are 4 books in the series, and I am telling you, it is worth it. Doug is happy that I am reading, instead of sitting on the computer all day, or watching soap operas! LOL! Anyway... I hope you go in without any prejudices... yes, it is about "vampires", but it is mainly about LOVE. Trust me.... I promise, you will not be sorry!

Falling from the sky!
So strange... usually whe you hear the song Rock a bye baby... you picture them in a cradle... not just hanging by a limb like we found this one earlier today! LOL! just kidding... Gracie was having fun being airborn a few times this evening! :)

When you just need some time to yourself...
Ok, so when you are one year old, there aren't a lot of places that you can just go to by yourself, where you can't get into some trouble. Most people... when they need some time alone go to the bathroom to think... or read... or, well, never mind that last thing. Anyway, if a one year old needs some time to herself, where can you go? Here is Gracie's answer to that question...
Like father...

Almost... Wordless Wednesday!
So.... I have one more thing to discuss. It is a little traumatic, and honestly, I try not to let it happen that often, but I am going to admit it now. Sometimes... I ask my wonderful, willing husband to change Grace. Now, most days, it turns out ok, but there are definitely times when... if I were to ask him to do this, he would honestly let our precious baby girl leave the house looking like this. I guess it could be worse... LOL!

Funniest Video I have seen in a long time...
Please enjoy this video my cousin sent to me. This is absolutely hilarious. I could call out so many people, during these dances, that I immediately thought of, but I won't... let's just say. You know who you are, even though you probably have never set foot into my blog, you know who you are!

Not Me! Monday....
Well, I most certainly have not gone another week without Blogging... no, Not me!
I also did not cry so hard that my head hurt last Tuesday night after the election results we read! Nope, not me! I certainly do NOT care that much! Nope, not me.
Oh yeah... and I most certainly did not go to bed last night with a HUGE mess in my kitchen after a wonderful day with my family at our early Thanksgiving dinner. And, I most certainly... did not just shrug my shoulders when Doug said... "oh, that is nice... Chocolate and caramel ground into the carpet" and still... did not go to bed without cleaning it up. Of course not!
Those are things that I definitely have not done! Sorry... not a long list, but that is all that I am not going to tell you about!

What are you waiting for... go VOTE!
Ok, so before you acutally go vote, check out my pictures from Sunday night at the Clermont County Fairgrounds! My dad, mom, sister in law Jess, nephew Ian, and I all went to see Sarah Palin and cheer her on in the Road to Victory in OHIO tour. I had no idea what to expect. Nothing like this had ever come to Owensville, at least not to my knowledge! I was so nervous, I was just shaking with excitement. Sarah Palin is an amazing person, and I just like everything about her. I had my camera in tow and planned on taking some pics, or course hoping that I would get a good spot to stand. Well... Here is what we found when we arrived.

So, tonight we are going up to the Road to Victory rally in Owensville, and I can't wait! Sarah Palin is one awesome lady. If you can poke fun at yourself and the mockers, you are a tough one! :) Enjoy this Saturday night Live skit, until I am back from the rally with some pics! :)
And... you can't miss this one...

New Baby cousin....
OK, so I know I still haven't posted anything about my trip to Chicago yet, but I promise, I will. I have to share my cousin's new baby though. She is absolutely precious! Alaina Jane Rose Ervin, born October 4th, 2008. We did a photo shoot with her and her entire family. This was my first venture into photographing someone else's baby other than my own precious little rugrat(wait til you hear about our pumpkin patch adventures!). So, here are a few edits that I have done... comments are welcome. I need some constructive criticism! :)
