Just wanted to let everyone know, if you haven’t caught it yet, I have started a new 365 starting with May 1st. With the computer problems, and my lack of motivation and some issues that I have been dealing with in my marriage, I just couldn’t keep up. However… I am now up today and going to try to keep it there.
Ladies… I am thinking about starting a new blog that is completely separate from this that is dealing with my weight issues and some other personal stuff. Can anyone give me advice on how to just… put it all out there. Doug and I have been seeing a counselor(yes… a marriage counselor) and I still feel like I am just holding back on things. I can’t seem to get a grip on things right now. My weight is going in the complete opposite direction and I just don’t know what to do. I want to go to the gym, but I feel like the planning and organizing of getting there is just not worth it. ARGH!
Can anyone help me? I sure can’t help myself!!!
